Welcome to Bentley University’s Laptop Purchase Program

Bentley University offers educational pricing on business class laptops that meet the needs

of the Bentley curriculum. Recommended laptops can be purchased through this portal. The laptops include

Windows 11 Professional, a 4-year manufacturer’s warranty, 4-year Accidental Damage Protection, 4-year Battery warranty,

on campus hardware repair and use of a loaner laptop should your laptop need hardware repair. 


It is recommended that laptop orders be placed as soon as possible, to be received on time before the start of the semester.

Any laptop order placed after August 15th 2024, will ship directly to Bentley University.

Purchase Program

The Bentley Laptop Purchase Program has been created to provide Bentley University students the opportunity to purchase business class laptops at educational prices. The laptops include comprehensive support and service, all conveniently located at the Bentley IT Help Desk.

Return Policy

    • Most unopened items, in new condition with all original packaging* and proof of purchase returned within 30 days of original purchase date will receive a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, Micros Northeast will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Credits will be applied to your original method of payment.
    • All shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    • Micros Northeast is not responsible for manufacturer's substitutions.
    • Original packaging includes the box with shipping label attached and any cords, adapters, etc., that were included with the original purchase.
